Electronic Communications

Visiting Apex Mix or sending emails to our team constitutes electronic communications. By doing so, you consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, notifications, and other communications provided to you electronically, via email or on our website, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Incorrect Address Submission

If you mistakenly provide an incorrect address for sending your funds to be mixed or an incorrect address for receiving funds after the mixing process, Apex Mix is not responsible for any loss of funds. It is your responsibility to ensure that all addresses are accurate.

Holding of Funds in Case of Issues

Apex Mix reserves the right to retain your funds if any issues arise. In such cases, the funds may remain locked for up to 30 days, awaiting resolution. Since we do not collect any of your personal information during the request process to maintain your anonymity, it is your responsibility to contact our customer support if a problem occurs. If no contact is made with our customer support team within the 30-day window, you forfeit your rights to the unclaimed funds, and they will no longer be recoverable.

Refund Policy

As a general rule, we do not offer refunds on any of our services due to their digital nature. This policy is in place because of the substantial resources invested in providing, maintaining, and delivering secure and reliable services. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and in rare cases, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your situation warrants an exception to our refund policy, please contact our support team via the bottom right corner of our website.

International Users

If you access the Apex Mix service from a location where its use is prohibited by law, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all local regulations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Apex Mix operates, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within that jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or related to your use of our services. Access to Apex Mix services is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including this section.

If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, including warranty disclaimers and liability limitations, such provision will be deemed replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

A printed version of this agreement and any notice provided electronically shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings to the same extent as other business documents.
